Yes. When you open up a game in Radiant Grid there is a tab at the bottom of the screen. The left-hand icon controls the music and sound effects (MUSIC & FX). If you tap on the icon once, both the music and the sound effects are muted. Tap it another time, and only the sound effects will play. Tap it once more and both the music and sound effects both play.
