Dark mode is a visual theme on our iOS app that is best suited when using the app at night. If you use Just Press Record at night or in darker environments, Dark Mode will be a little easier on the eye and won’t light up the room like a flashlight.
The pure black interface looks amazing on iPhone X and its Super Retina OLED screen. OLED screens use less power for black pixels as they don’t need power to light up. The more black pixels an app has, the greater the power saving could be.
