Currently, you cannot select an aggregate device directly in Sessions. However, there may be a workaround. If you set your Mac's system default device to be the aggregate device, then configure Sessions to use the System Setting rather than specifying input and output devices, Sessions should be able to use that aggregate when it is relaunched.
